Centro is proud to have an international clientele
  •  A direct billing carrier account number would be preferred for the freight expense.
  • The receiver is responsible for any tarrifs, taxes or duties upon delivery
  • Payment via PayPal or Wiretransfer in advance is our preferred method of payment for an initial international order. We need a record of a payment request from your office on a company letterhead to provide you with our wiretransfer details. Please note that PayPal will accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, etc.
  • Pricing information has been provided in USD.
  • If an orders ships within the USA tax may be applied to your order unless a tax exemption certificate is provided.
  • U.S. Export Controls: If intended for export, all goods and technology must be exported in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations of the United States. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.
  • All orders, unless specified otherwise, are assembled or made to order and are therefore non-cancelable & non-returnable.
  • Availability and factory lead times are subject to prior sale.
Shipping Policy
Most of our orders ship on a client's direct billing carrier account number or are Prepay & Add.

PP&A Freight amounts may be provided only after your order has shipped and an invoice copy has been created; it may not be calculated at checkout. All shipping times including next day air are subject to manufacturer’s lead times when items are not available from inventory.

When a freight amount isn't accounted for at checkout. Centro's default shipping method is Prepaid & Add unless a direct billing carrier account number is provided. (e.g. UPS or FedEx Collect, etc.)
Priority methods available are:
Bestway - Standard Ground,
Three Day Air - Bestway - (3 Day),
Two Day Air - Bestway - (2nd Day),
One Day Air - Bestway - (1 Day) or
Bill Freight Direct To the Carrier Account#
Prepay & Add shipping is calculated after the order has shipped and an invoice has been created. This amount will be on the invoice that will be emailed to you with tracking information. In some circumstances and international or export orders the freight amount will be calculated and invoiced before the order has shipped.

If you choose direct billing as your shipping method enter your account number, carrier and service method (i.e. #111222 UPS/FedEx Ground, 2 Day, 3 Day, Nextday Air, etc.)
