Good afternoon, I'm Mike Gallagher president of Centro Incorporated we are a rep and a distributor located in Memphis Tennessee covering the states in the mid-south; MCAA is an association I joined a few years ago as a result of some conversations I had with vendors they recommended the association to me and what I found value in is really in three areas. The first area is the information that I learn about the marketplace from MCAA through the survey work that they do. The second area is the meeting, the annual meeting is a tremendous opportunity for networking with other reps and also with vendors, but it's also a great opportunity to see some very good speakers talking about the macro issues that affect our business. Then the third piece that I like about MCAA is the investment they're making in our marketplace in terms of creating training programs and also in working with us on things like customer surveys. I think it’s a great membership I like the fact that it is really aimed at the upper level of management in our industry.
