Question 1: How long does it take to process an order?
Answer: We process & ship all stock orders same-day if the order is made before 3:30 PM Central Time. Non-stock items will be processed with estimated ship dates. To inquire about current stock or estimated shipping dates call toll-free at 800-632-0667.

Estimated time before items can ship when not in stock:

• ASCO 7-10 days
• Aquamatic valves 7-10 days
• Aquamatic kits 5-7 days
• Gardner Denver 7 days
• ITW 7-10 days
• Gyrolok 10-12 days (large orders most fittings are stock)
• Bindicator 5-7 days

Question 2: Do I have to create an account to make an order?
Answer: With Centro's new online store you don't have to create an account to place an order. Don't forget to sign up for our newsletter to receive product updates!

Question 3: Can I ship with a third party billing account?
Answer: Yes! If you have a UPS 3rd party billing account type "Ship Collect" in the Redemption Code field at checkout and note your collect number in the Special Instructions or Order Comments beneath the Redemption Code. Call if you would like to discuss another carrier method.

Question 4: Will I be charged tax?
Answer: Centro, Inc. collects sales tax in the following states: TN, AR, MS, KY, MO, LA, TX, AL, and OK. Even though this does not show up on the confirming order, sales tax will be collected for any orders shipping into these states unless a signed tax exemption certificate is on file. If you are a tax exempt customer please fax your signed tax exemption certificate to (901)357-1379 or email it to centro@centromemphis.com. The sales tax will appear on the invoice mailed if it was collected. Customers outside these states are responsible for reporting and paying the tax in their district.

Answer: If you cannot find what you are looking for in our online catalog please call us toll free at 800-632-0667. We offer much more than what is available through the online store. Our knowledgeable sales staff will be happy to assist you.
