Is there a minimum order amount?

Centro's minimum order amount is a $25 subtotal excluding freight. However, order minimums vary by manufacturer and item type. We strive to put any order number or quantity  minimum requirement instruction on a product's description. Often the manufacturer's order minimum can be met by one of the following options:

  • Consolidating an order to a Centro stock order
  • Using a priority air shipping carrier method to waive a minimum 
  • Adding an "expedite" fee to bypass the minimum order amount.

Do I have to place my order on the website?

No. We try to accept orders in whatever method is most convenient for you. Whether it is thru this store's checkout or via Phone, fax or email this contact information is available on the Contact Us page.

How do I check availability/stock?

Centro Inc has five different warehouses in five different states that contain Centro stock that is accessible through Centro's ERP system. However, we also utilize our manufacturers stock throughout the USA along with our manufacturers' access we have access to a national distributor network of stocking locations. This gives us the flexibility to make same day shipments and prevents us from delaying an order until available to ship from Centro's warehouse. After an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment with an expected delivery date, lead time & shipping point. Priority (1,2 or 3 day air shipments) are an added expense and are prioritized as such. If you need to confirm the availability of an item before placing an order, you'll need to contact us

Will prices be on my packing list?

No. By default, there will not be any pricing information on your packing list.Our packing list will contain a destination address any specified job, reference or purchase order number and the material part number and quantity so that it may be received, and the shipment checked for accuracy. Contact Us if you need any additional information you need specified on your packing list or write this in at order checkout.

I would like to set you up as a vendor can you send me a W-9?

Yes. An Adobe version .pdf file can be emailed or faxed to you please use the Contact Us Page to request this document. Thank you for doing so.

When will this item/order ship?

We strive to process & ship all orders for items available to ship the same day they are placed. Your order acknowledgment should note the expected lead time, shipping point and expected delivery date of your order. One to two days after your order ships to you our accounting department will create an invoice that will include (if applicable) freight, taxes and your tracking information.To inquire about current stock or estimated shipping dates call toll-free at 855-223-6876.

Is online registration required to make an order on this website?

No. Online registration is not required to place an order.

Can I ship with a direct billing billing carrier account number?

Yes, if you have a UPS or FedEx direct billing billing account select "Ship Collect" in the Redemption Code field at checkout and note the account number in the Special Instructions or Order Comments and freight will be directly billed and omitted from your invoice. Contact us at 855-223-6876 if you would like to discuss another carrier method.

Will I be charged tax?

Sales tax may be collected unless a signed tax exemption certificate is on file.  After your order has shipped if applicable freight and then sales tax will be added to an invoice and then emailed to you. If you are tax exempt, you can indicate this on your order at checkout, upload the certificate or reply to your order confirmation with your Tax Exemption Certificate attached. Please contact us if this form is being sent via fax. Our fax number is: 901-357-1379. 

What condition are your products (new, used, or surplus)?

New. All products offered are sold new in the box made to order for you by the manufacturer.

I have a Tech support question can you help me? 

Yes, Centro offers free tech support. Primarily most general questions can be answered by Centro's inside sales/tech support. Furthermore, as an authorized distributor we can bring the manufacturer into the conversation for any extra assistance with a technical support questions. Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm CST.

Why does the item you have pictured on the website not look identical to what I have?

Please note that most product pictures show an available representative picture, if a picture isn't available or hasn't been populated yet you may only see the manufacturer’s logo. We strive to make a technical resource for you and update products with pertinent literture to help you identify your requirements and make the best purchases. A more representative listing of all of our brands and manufacturers we represent and distribute for can be found on our downloadable PDF line-card
