Shipping Fees and Sales Tax:
Centro, Inc. standard shipping is UPS Ground for any location in the USA 48 contiguous states. To ship another method other than UPS Ground or to any other location, please call Centro after placing the order at 1-800-238-6672. Additional charges will apply for other shipping methods.
Centro, Inc. collects sales tax in the following states: TN, AR, MS, KY, MO, LA, TX, AL, and OK. Even though this does not show up on the confirming order, sales tax will be collected for any orders shipping into these states unless a signed tax exemption certificate is on file. If you are a tax exempt customer please fax/email your signed tax exemption certificate to (901)357-1379/ centro@centromemphis.com. The sales tax will appear on the invoice mailed, if it was collected.
*Tax will not be refunded.
Returns:
Please contact Centro customer service at 1-800-238-6672 for an RMA number. Once the product is received at Centro, the product will be inspected to ensure it has not been installed and operated and is in current and re-saleable condition.
If accepted for return, a 25% restocking fee plus any charges incurred to return the product to a like-new condition will be assessed. The balance of the credit less return freight will be applied to the credit card used for purchase.
