Return Policy

Please contact Centro customer service at the above toll free number for an RMA number. Once the product is received at Centro, the product will be inspected to ensure it has not been installed and operated and is in current and resalable condition.

Normal restocking fee is a pass through of the manufacturer’s restocking fee.   If an item is a normal stock item for Centro and we are returning it to our shelf we normally charge a 25% restocking fee. Plus any charges incurred to return the product to a like-new condition will be assessed. The balance of the credit less return freight will be applied to the credit card used for purchase.

• Aquamatic kits 5-7 days
• Gardner Denver 7 days
• ITW 7-10 days
• Gyrolok 10-12 days (large orders most fittings are stock)
• Bindicator 5-7 days
