Any opinions expressed are solely my own and do not express the views or opinions of Centro, Inc. - Bobby Gallagher Dec.12th 2018

,Our site was down on Thursday April 26th. I apologize for any inconvenience. It was escalated to my platforms technical support folks and engineers and was resolved at 9AM April 27th. It was entirely my fault and I'll spare you the details.
( an example of temperature conversion using the Click N Convert software)

I uploaded the Hayward Click N' Convert program for us!

This is a freeware program that the Hayward Flow Control folks made. An application that I really enjoy and wanted to share with you! Often my newsletters are about me just yelling about new awesome stuff added to the site. This, however, is added solely as a tool/resource for your consideration. There is nothing to buy and there are not advertisements.
HaywardClic_ nConvert.exe [1.68MB .exe file] (Download is expected to open in a new window/tab)
The below is an example of converting pressure from "atmosphere" to "PSI" where you can see that as expected one atmosphere equals 14.6959488 PSI. (~15 PSI).

It also has 20 conversions for- Acceleration, Angle, Area, Computer, Concentration, Density, Distance, Energy, Flow, Force, Light, Mass, Power, Pressure, Speed, Temperature, Time, Torque, Volume & Volume - Dry.

I use pressure conversions often there are 19 different measurements to covert.
(atmosphere, bar, centimeters of mercury, dyne/centimeter2 , inches of mercury, kilogram/centimeter2 , kilogram/meter2 , kilopascal, mega pascal, microbar, millibar, millimeter of mercury, pascal, pound/foot2 ,pound/inch2,PSI, ton/foot2, ton/inch & torr) (I've never heard of several of these)

What surprised me recently was I found one I needed that wasn't included and had to turn to Google. I was tempted to lazily assume inches of mercury and inches of water were the same. They are not. I wonder if the continued advancing away from the hazardous substance mercury being used in measurement methods/devices & standards is the result of IWC inches of water column replacing "HG inches of mercury... (Something to research this weekend :-P)

Anyway, I hope you find use in this and let me know if you have any questions concerns or feedback for me!

Note: This application has not been tested on mobile devices nor is it expected to be built to comply with mobile requirements. (Desktop/laptop only) This is a .exe file your computer will appropriately ask you to be very careful with a .exe file to make sure you aren't being tricked into downloading malware.

There is also an ASCO mobile conversion app that you can put on an iPhone or Android.

I can promise you that as far as I'm aware this is not malware, has never been intended as malware, and is offered freely with no expectation. Why... only because I think it's a useful and interesting piece of software that I use at work and instead of work :-). My only hope is that you think more favorably of Hayward & Centro, Inc. when you find convenience in scientific conversions using this application.

I should note that there are no claims or guarantees with this application it is offered as a free application as a convenience with the only advertising of it being a logo of the brand that created it. Hayward. Yes, you can get the same from a google search. I like using both. I hope this helps you out! There is not any weights and measures certifications or claims provided with this. It is offered freely as a convenience for your consideration.

Now I can to convert a "fortnight" into a "leap-year". (1 fortnight = 0.0382514 leap-years)

(In the above example above, you can see a preview of what the installer looks like.)
