What to do if you receive an error at checkout.
When an error occurs the error message pictured below is often due to a timeout. A security setting will default the entered card date to January of the current year after an amount of time has passed between when the information was entered before proceeding to checkout.
If you've encountered the below error message please return to the Questions page of the cart re-enter your card information click "Update" then "Next" and at the Verify page click "Submit" and after being accepted you'll be sent to the receipt page with a date and time stamped web confirmation number.
The above error message is from our credit card processor "PayPal Website Payment Pro" a credit card processing company owned by the PayPal company. Please excuse any confusion, as this is our credit card processing company, not an indication that you are expected to pay with PayPal.
(PayPal is a payment method that we also accept, but do not require)
The above error message is communicating that for some reason our credit card processor did not accept this transaction. This above error message is purposefully vague to avoid aiding fraud.
If you've encountered the above error message please return to your cart double check the spelling of your name & company name and re-enter "Update" then "Next" and then again attempt to Submit your order or give us a call or send us an email.
